The DETAIL demo features a group of designers assembled based on their abilities to explore all the possible meanings of a fashion notion, to expand and exaggerate on their detail until it becomes the focal point of the look.

Elizabeth Workman started out making clothes for her Barbies when she was a kid and now she makes clothes for real people. She likes being outside, she loves her niece and nephew and she likes to work hard and play even harder. Sewing and making things is a therapeutic outlet for her now, but she plans on owning her own shop and being her own boss one day.
Taylor Castles is the younger sister and best friend of featured designer Caroline Castles. They have been sewing and sharing inspiration their whole lives. Taylor recently came home from traveling the world with her boyfriend after 4 years working as a stylist in New York. She loves music, traveling, farming, and puppies.
Caroline Castles is the designer and owner of "South Castles", a cruelty-free swimwear and clothing brand locally established in 2010. Caroline comes from a family of creatives and is thrilled to be designing for this event alongside her younger sister and best friend, fellow featured designer Taylor Castles, who has been a constant inspiration to her since day one. Aside from swimwear and clothing, Caroline loves to design costumes and is passionate about the environment, animals and her family and friends.
Alisha Thomas has been creating and sewing for as long as she can remember. Her favorite color is pink and she has a passion for poodles. She is re-launching her fancy handbag line, Ruby Assata, January 2018 along with a t-shirt company she runs with her husband, Pearface Co. Alisha Thomas believes good design will save the world. She enjoys creating thoughtful accessories and making spreadsheets. She studied art and design at UNCW. The last six years she worked as Operations and part owner of Freaker USA.
Chloe Gray has always looked at any obstacle or project as an opportunity, "it's not that I can't, I just don't know how yet." A self-starter, self-taught weirdo with a knack for things you've yet to see. Chloe enjoys making pretty dresses, speaking baby talk to her dog, BigMac, and volunteering within the community.
